Micah Posey | Class of 2001
Pitching Coach, East Tennessee State University
<p>Micah spent four years as the pitching coach for the baseball team at Elon University before joining the coaching staff at East Tennessee State University in the Fall of 2017. Micah is a graduate of Florida State University with a degree in marketing. He began his undergraduate work at FSU following a six year professional baseball career. Micah was drafted in 2001 by the Anahiem Angels. He and his wife, Julie, currently reside in Johnson City, Tennessee.<br />
Micah reflected on his years at NFC by saying, “NFC prepared me for college, but more importantly prepared me for life. NFC taught me the value of my faith in God as well as receiving a quality education. My success in college was a direct reflection on the discipline and education I received at NFC.”</p>
