Director of Philanthropy Conservation Florida
<p>Following graduation from NFC in 2003, Sarah went to play softball at South Georgia State before returning home to Florida State University. She received an undergraduate degree in Fine Arts, and then a masters degree in Communications and Marketing. Sarah married fellow NFC alum, Tanner Collins, in 2007 and they share three children – Fisher, Olivia, and Rory (all current students at their beloved NFC).<br />
Having previously worked in fundraising at Florida State for eight years, Sarah is now the director of philanthropy for Conservation Florida – a statewide land conservancy focused on protecting Florida’s natural and agricultural landscapes for future generations. She also serves as a TA for Florida State’s Dedman School of Hospitality and the Jim Moran College of Entrepreneurship. In her spare time, Sarah engages with the local community through board service and volunteer hours – specifically with March of Dimes, the Junior League of Tallahassee, Levy Park, and the Association of Fundraising Professionals.</p>
